Refund Policy

We're a small family operation, and we want you happy with what lands on your table. Here's how we handle it.

Food products are final sale.
Our hot sauce, salsas, hot honey, salsa macha, dried peppers, and cooking paste can't be returned or resold once they leave our hands. That's a food safety thing.. no exceptions, pa' que sepas.

But if something arrives wrong, we make it right.
Damaged bottle, leaking jar, wrong item, missing item.. whatever it is, we'll replace it or refund it. Just email us at contact.chiltepinsonora@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what showed up. That's it. No forms, no runaround.

Non-food items.
Anything that isn't food can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Reach out first so we know it's coming. Return shipping is on you, and we'll refund the product once it arrives back to us.

Cancellations.
Need to cancel? If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your order page or email us and we'll take care of it. Once it ships, it's on the way.. at that point the damaged/wrong item policy above has you covered.

Refund timing.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post it within 5–10 business days.
