Shipping Policy
Every order is packed by hand..
Processing time.
Orders ship within [1–3] business days. We're a two-person family operation, not a warehouse.. during launches, holidays, or heavy weeks it might run a day longer. If something will delay your order beyond that, we'll email you.
Shipping rates.
Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Under that, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and where you are.
Where we ship.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. [If you ship to PO boxes / APO-FPO / territories, say so here. If not yet shipping international, this line already covers it.]
Delivery time.
Standard shipping typically arrives in [3–7] business days after your order ships, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label prints. Once the package is with the carrier, timing is in their hands.. but if it stalls or disappears, email us and we'll chase it down with you.
Glass in the box.
Most of our products ship in glass. We pack them to survive the trip, but carriers are carriers. If anything arrives broken, leaking, or crushed, email us at [your email] within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it.. no return needed, no runaround.
Wrong address.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us fast.. we can fix it before it ships, but not after. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, though the second shipping cost is on you.
Lost or stolen packages.
If tracking says delivered but there's no package, check with neighbors and your building first.. most turn up within a day or two. If it's truly gone, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Wholesale shipping is arranged separately.. terms, freight, and timing get agreed on before your first order. Start at our wholesale page.
