Welcome to Chiltepin Sonora. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. We kept them as plain as we could.

Who we are.
Chiltepin Sonora LLC, a family-owned business registered in New Hampshire. When we say "we" or "us," that's who we mean.

Ordering.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm it when we send your order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.. for example, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, if we suspect fraud, or if inventory runs out before your order processes. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Pricing and product info.
We work hard to keep prices, photos, and descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen. We don't guarantee every detail is error-free, and we can correct errors and update information at any time. Prices can change without notice.. your price is the one shown at checkout.

Our products.
Our products contain chile peppers and real heat. Some contain nuts, seeds, and honey.. check the ingredient list on every product page before you order, especially if you have allergies. Honey should not be given to children under one year old. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything. They're intended to make your food better.

Returns and refunds.
Covered in our Refund Policy. Short version: food items are final sale, but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right.

Shipping.
Covered in our Shipping Policy. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, but if something goes sideways, reach out and we'll help.

Your account and conduct.
If you create an account, keep your login to yourself and give us accurate info. Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't try to break it, and don't scrape or copy it.

Our content.
Everything on this site.. the words, the photos, the logo, the story.. belongs to Chiltepin Sonora. It took years to build. Don't reuse it without written permission.

Wholesale.
Wholesale orders are handled separately through our wholesale page and carry their own terms, which we'll agree on together before your first order.

Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chiltepin Sonora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for the product involved.

Disputes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Hampshire. But honestly.. if something's wrong, email us first. We fix things faster than courts do.

Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
